How do i order? What is the process?

1.) To order, kindly fill out the order form 
2.) Once done, an invoice will be sent to your email within 24-72 hours.
3.) Pay before the due date and submit the proof in the link provided in the invoice. 
4.) a. For onhand orders, you may checkout or choose your courier here. 
     b. For pre-order/in transit orders, we will send an email once your item arrived in PH.

How long can i pay for my order (DOP)?

- For pre-orders, our standard DOP is 15 days after you have received the invoice 
- For onhand orders, we only allow 5 days after we sent the invoice.

Yes but only via lalamove or shopee.

How will i know the status of my order?

Track your order using your surname or invoice number (without the "000" Ex. Invoice "0000451" just type "451") in our home page. 
 
If the status of your order is "ready to ship", click the link and fill out the LSF form.

Can i do installment payment for my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as you complete full payment on or before your due date. 
 
Ex. Treasure Album - P800 with Dec 20 DOP 
Payment 1: P200  (Dec 1) 
Payment 2: P100 (Dec 10) 
Payment3: P500 (Dec 20)

Do you do video call or fansign event assistance?

Yes, we can purchase using your account for you to be entitled for an entry to a fansign event and we can ship the albums to our korean address.

How will i know if my order is ready to ship?

Once your order is already onhand, you will receive an email from us (casingpavements@gmail.com)

Why is the item more expensive in shopee?

We are sorry but we also need to comply with shopee rules and pay 10-15% fee of the total amount of our item for using the platform and having a free shipping incentives.
